The Panhandle Human Resources Association fall seminar will cover compliance with  Department of Labor regulations, including such topics as I-9 forms and immigration, National Labor Relations Act regulations,  and wage and hour law compliance. The seminar will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Amarillo College Business and Industry Center. Cost is $90 for members and $125 for nonmembers.
