AGNMedia, the cyber-crap formerly known as the Amarillo Globe-Fish-Wrap, has posted a piece on its website called "100 Most Valuable Homes 2013." It shows10 of those homes, so at least 90 homeowners were spared the invasion of privacy.

The Amarillo City Commission vote to make a deal with Coca-Cola at Tuesday’s meeting was a foregone conclusion. Anyone who thought the outcome would be a different has been smoking, drinking, sniffing or chewing something that takes them higher than a Southwest Airlines flight George mug-colorto Dallas.

The vote sets up a deal to move the Coke business to property owned by the Amarillo Economic Development Corp. Coke will take over a facility formerly used by a wind energy firm that cratered — that’s after $4 million in local taxpayer money redevelops the plant for Coke. If AEDC head Buzz David is to be believed, Zargas’ exit from Amarillo cost taxpayers nothing. The firm made Amarillo taxpayers whole, he told the commissioners. With Coke moving out, the land south of city hall will be home to the City Commission’s amateur version of the Field of Dreams.
